Had an exhausting but exhilarating long weekend visiting Yellowstone National Park and Grand Tetons National Park. Made my base out of West Yellowstone, drove tons, and saw lots of amazing sights! Be prepared for bison jams, making lots of stops, and driving tons (you will probably spend a good amount of time in the car). I was by myself, to make the most of it I made sure to buy lunch/snacks/dinner in advance to eat wherever I was and made a picnic of it! I also downloaded the GyPsy Guide app and had Dave (voice of the app) guide me! He was so very helpful in Hawaii and I thought he would be helpful here as well! It was a bit of a spur of the moment trip!
Definitely will need to go back with more time in both locations. With the early mornings and late nights though was able to make the most of my time there.
